My preorder says unable to submit order does anyone know why?

Log in your T-Mobile account, and you can upgrade from there.
$199.99 for 2 years, and $499.99 for full price.

I just got mine! 

I get the same problem when trying to pre-order.

My price is 399.99!!!!! Thats too much !

Yeah...I'd have to pay $400 with a 2-year if I wanted this phone, lol.  I'm waiting for the Driftwood though.

Update:I call cc and they said that since I live in VA I will not be able to order until 1 pm est!!

Strange.  I just tried and I am in Denver.  I was able to select the phone and get to the screen where I need to accept the price and terms.  No problem here.

Its finally working. They fixed something on the tmobile site.

dang....this one or the tp2???? hmmm........

Mine's telling me this: "Our records show that your account has past due amount or is in delinquent status. Please pay the past-due amount, allowing approximately 24 hours after your payment has posted, prior to attempting to upgrade again."


But we paid our bill the 5th it says! Dammit.

Yeah...no love for us G1 buyers who are not even a year into that contract.  Would love to have a myTouch but not about to drop 400 bucks!! 

I just got back from the T-Mo store, I had to pay the bill and switch to the unlimited loyalty plan... The sales rep let me play with the mytouch, and i have to say I'm liking it. Its small and compact, and doesn't feel cheaply made at all. Even though its made of plastic, it has a good weight and feel to it. I was on the fence on getting it, but I think I am going to pre order it now!

I think I'll do the same. With the exception of the Touch Pro 2, I'm nowhere near impressed with T-Mobile's [upcoming] line-up. =/ That's just me, though.
