Printer Share App

Wish you could print files and pics directly from your G1/Android, check this out ??

There is a new application called PrinterShare, it uses a client on your handset and a print server on your PC to do just that. Once installed, you can print documents, contacts, and photos on your home printer from any place with cellular service or Wi-Fi. The service is free to use and available for Windows, Mac, and Linux.

There are only a couple of downsides.
1. Doesn't work on 64bit Vista
2.Free version is supposed to include a cover sheet that you can remove if you upgrade to the paid version. But I have used it over 20 times and it has not printed a cover page yet.

Other than that it works great , so download it from the Market and post what you think about it and whether you like it or not.

Am I doing something wrong? When I receive an email with my user id and password it's blank. But when I look on the app with my g1 I can see my user id, a six digit number, but I have no password.

I had the same problem, so I just clicked for lost password on their site and they sent me a email with it.

Great app so far, really loved being able to print out all my contacts so I have a hard copy to keep in my files just in case.
