Please stop the drama

Yes I made a thread about it. I thought I was cool with you guys. I don't know what is going on in all of your lives but I stay far away from drama. I was invited to tmotoday and that's why I signed up. Whatever is going on between tmonews and tmotoday I don't know about. I didn't think signing up for a site would be like cheating on my bf. I saw plenty of people over there that are on here too. Don't expect me to know what is going on behind the scenes. I am just sick because it's ridiculous I have to hear this crap on my birthday and the day before it. I have nice to every single on of you and never had a problem with one of you. I guess since there are some clicks formed now things have changed. I am not in high school anymore. I have my own business and I focus on that more than anything. I don't have to leave my home at all to make me money so that's why I am on here so much. The fact that I am home doesn't give me the right to start arguments and fights with anyone. I have been here since August of last year and to tell you the truth "some" of you aren't nice to people at other times. I really don't know what's going on with you guys but it needs to stop. I don't want to come online if there is gonna be tension and I mean it. It may not matter to any of you but that is just fine by me. I can be just as mean as the rest of you have been and that would not turn out pretty. "Mean" is something that I do not want to ever be a part of my disposition.


I am not stupid and I know that there are convo's exchanged between people. "Find out this?", "Find out that?", "She said this?" "She said that?" Know what that starts? "D-R-A-M-A".


Soooooo......is it gonna continue or is it gonna cease?

I second the cake, that sounds cake.  I am also sorry and I agree that there shouldn't be any tension between people.  I will say that I visit TmoToday as well, but I have not joined the forums and there is still the chance that I will.  I would like to think that it wouldn't matter where we all go with the rest of our free time.  I also frequent engadget, gizmodo, phonearena and phonedog, should I be outcasted for that?  I would like to think not, its all about the latest information for me, these forums are just additional fun and I would like it to stay that way.

I'm really sorry to hear that Taina. I hope everything gets better! Fighting and arguments aren't fun for anybody.

Oh yea there is a lot more and I don't want to be a part of it. I am not a person who likes drama (not even one ounce) I try to help a situation not make it worse. There are some people who say they don't hold grudges but I find that VERY hard to believe. Actions speak louder than words. I am a Christian woman and I don't play those games. (Yeah I like my cookies too but who doesn't?). I don't involve myself in certain situations. If  people actually took a chance and opened there heart and mind instead of just "assuming" this or that then this world would be a better place. It's kind of hard to talk to people that no matter what you say they just want to believe what they want and want just seem like they are looking for trouble. They might be one way one day and flip the script the next. Or they are the sweetest person with one but with someone else it's a totally different story. I don't know if it's a power struggle or what but there is a certain way to go about things. You never will get anywhere trying to dominate someone. I run my own life BUT "If someone comes at me with the right choice of words....I would have been all ears. That includes no foul language and no he said she said. No matter what I still have continued to be nice even after all the smart comments but trust me I can be the worse...I am one of those people who are nice until you push me to that limit. Then people will be saying "where did that come from?"
I am no where close to that limit and I'd like to keep it that way. 


Having said that...thanks to the ones who have had kind words and for the rest I have one ?..... "Think of a time when I was mean to you....."

(All that needed to be done was to give an explanation on why there was a problem. It's just like in high school when friends mindy and cindy are at the lunch table and mindy says don't talk to **** I don't like her and doesn't give cindy any explanation on why. Cindy is suppose to magically know what happened and just follow suit.)

Ok but what if the person couldnt give an explanation?I think it should be left at that.You cant always explain everything to someone that always wants to know whats goin (even without them coming outright and saying it).And im pretty sure since the person couldnt say whats goin on then they probably said do what you want to do then.Maybe its just me but i think this thread made it a bigger deal than it was.

If the person couldn't say anything....I can't argue with that and I respect that 100%. What I am saying is that people can't expect me to know what's going on especially when a person was nice to me and that I get a pm that seems like someone is really pissed off when I come online from the same person all of a sudden. (I mean now I know a little bit that I didn't know before and now I understand). It's not that I want to know what's going on but....it is the way I am being treated by people that I don't like.

So I guess I feel like....how can someone get upset with someone else because of something they don't know the full details about. Especially if I am being open minded to the situation because there are things that maybe if I knew I could understand. However, in this case it's a little different because there are things that can't be spoken about. But that also means that they have to be open minded to the fact that someone is left in the dark.

That being said, Taina this was not the best way to handle this thread, or this situation, all you have done is make the problem compounded and brought it to the attention of those who otherwise might not notice. You very well may have hurt this forum by bringing something to the forefront that wasn't necessary for all to see.

This thread had absolutely nothing to do with you. You haven't said a thing to me. It was only directed at the people who were being offensive and assuming things. It has been resolved now.

That very well may be true so but if you got irritated on a day that is suppose to be happy for you only have a minimum amount of time (5-7) to try and solve the issue and get things of your chest so you could enjoy your day it might seem like the only option at that time. If I had brought the issue up with you I don't know what would of happened. Most likely people would have been saying "you didn't have to go to him". I am not trying to hurt this site at all. Truthfully, I didn't know what was going on until people brought it to my attention so I was in the dark like everyone else until "certain comments" started arising.

I am sorry I have offended you but that was not my purpose of the thread. As far as I know the issue has been resolved and no one has been bothering me. So I'm fine. I have no problem with the thread being deleted if that is the best way to go.

I'm sorry, but this post was IMO unnecessary and unwarranted. I apologize if certain members caused grief to one another but thats the way the world works sometimes, its life. Thread locked!
