definitely looks like a tmobile logo

PS.  I'm not sure if it was ever shown in the hands on videos, but here (courtesy of phonescoop, it is really only the first 2 photos) is a non blurry cam picture of the final product (the one seen in the ads).  The VF ads really don't give it credit and add too much  shading I think.

Where do you see Tmo on this phone.  All i see is Vodafone.  In every shot, on every sight.  Am I missing something?

If there's any doubt about T-Mobile getting this phone, check out this video:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmjxmOtNZCk

At 2:26 in, they bring out the Magic and you can see what looks to be T-Mobile branding at the top of the phone.

If you go to that video and skip to the 2:26 mark, it says tmobile on the top

its kind of blurry:

It sure looks like tmobile logo, it could be vodafone, but they tend to not have centered logos, plus, what appears to be a T in the picture curely doesn't look like circle that is normally associated with vodafone

What is probably going to happen is that vodaphone is getting the new polished HTC Magic and we are getting the old reference design like we did with the G1.  If you notice, the buttons are the straight pre-production model not the new square vodaphone ones.  Something tells me we are going to get an out dated design again.

It's T-Mobile. What did you expect?

I don't think we will be getting the reference design buttons. The demos shown at the conference for Vodaphone also had the same reference design buttons and the device was labeled with the carrier info.

The design isn't that bad now that I look at it. It could be better.

It is a good looking device, no, its not the best, but its good.  It really grows on you, especially if it comes in black.  We would be getting the new design one, HTC even said (in one of the videos) that the new buttons are post production while the ones in the blurry cam pics and the tmobile branded pic above is pre production

Well, unless they have changed their plans, HTCs lineup does allude to the G2 for Tmobile being an "upgrade" to the other sapphires/magic.  It would be nice to see something completely different though

See this is a tough decision.  I like the G2 that they are showing, but I honestly would love to see what Samsung has up their sleeve. It would be a tough choice for me, and I don't know if I am willing to hold out till later this year.  We will see what happens, but I do like the phone how it is now.
Why would you not have a phone?

I am also waiting to see what the Samsung Android phone before I buy the G2.  I am also waiting to see how the Wing 2 is going to turn out.

As of now, the Samsung and G2 are slated for around the same time.  Samsung is keeping it very secret but I think it might be out before the G2.  I am waiting for the LG android phone though.
