im sure it will. and a touch screen. if they dont put those 2 things in, they wont sell well.

Exactly. With the new generation of flagship phones, all being touchscreen, t-mobile needs to put that in too

If T-Mobile offers a touch screen Sidekick, I think they will help themselves. As long as its much easier to use than the Storm. BTW, is it me, or does the Sidekick OS need a major makeover. They been using the same OS design since the Sidekick B/W.

Also, T-Mobile always offers new Sidekick devices by June/July.

I hope so, cause their making people mad with these price changes. Especially $35 for unlimited everything on Sidekick, it's not even worth it. The Sidekicks trutfully is not worth what you'd by them for full retail price, let alone paying all that, and the features ain't even up to par with other phones on the market, even T-Mobile's on. Idk, I just hope they offer somethin better. Right now, it looks like i'm stuck with this tony hawk lx, and I don't wanna switch until, I atleast know what their gonna come up with, I might really like it. But, idk, i'm confused.

i agree. the OS needs a complete CHANGE! this year is all about CHANGE! (pun intended)
i hopefully the miscrosoft makes some CHANGES to the OS since they bought danger.

I didn't know that, since I don't follow CDMA OEM providers.

If a new sidekick with 3G and youtube support comes out and retains its awesome email setup. Thats the day i get rid of my G1.

That would be my DREAM, I hope that comes true, cause the Sidekicks have so much potential, they just needs to move with the current market with their features. You can't have old, tired, warn out features, in a tech market that's far surpassing you, and hope to still have a business, and customers. You have to move along with the market, so Sidekick need to step up.

Yeah, the new sidekick(s) better be amazing to compete with the latest devices. 

Maybe they will do something that Sharp couldn't do. Make a touch screen Sidekick.

I don't think a major revamp is in the Sidekick's future...at least in the OS terms...The target audience for the Sidekick is 14-18 year olds (give or take) so as long as it has a touchscreen it'll sell...I doubt teens care about 3G (or even know what it is) and they would more than likely be happy with very minimal OS upgrades...

in order to make a touchscreen sidekick the OS will HAVE to be revamped. the current danger software is in no way, shape or form capable of allowing for touch input. think about it...

i believe sidekicks are usually released mid to late summer-ish. i could very well be mistaken, but i wouldnt expect to get one until after June at least.
