I just got off the phone with T-Mobile tech support and they were absolutely
useless - which is very much not like them. I think this AIM

problem has got em whooped. They didn't have a clue. In fact, the person I spoke with before I got over to tech support sent me here to find out more info. How helpful is that?
When I log in, I can not get my buddy list at all. I have my mobile device group set up on my computer and have actually gone in and reset the device and have yet to get a buddy list to come up and show me ANY buddies. I know it's signing in because I get the notice on my computer but I have not received ANY IMs via AIM. Of course, Google Talk works fine but I don't know but one or two folks that use that service. Grrrr. It's looking like this phone might be going back to the shop and I'll be getting my
$$$ back and I'll just use the sidekick (which works just fine.) I certainly expected more from T-Mobile with all the hype they have paid for in getting this released. It looks like they would want ALL the features to work flawlessly before releasing it. Of course, HTC might be part of the problem because I had a Wing before and it had problems as well. I know I'm getting my Pastor's phone replaced because his keeps locking up on him as well and he's got the HPC6800 made by HTC.
Maybe I just expect too much (like to have a fully functional phone.) NAH! It must be them.
