I'd suggest zedge.net.  It's kinda like this place where people post off-topic all the time and make a general mess of things....but it's got a lot of great tones in some sort of categorical system.  You can also make your own there.

I searched for a good while for this one since I have folders of old, stock, Nokia ringtones.  I couldn't find it even in the old, mono nrt files.  'course, even if I did find it, it'd just be a midi file and wouldn't sound nokia-ey enough for what you'd want.
