hey, i orderd my G1 phone

here is the deal i know BBs don t save all the new numbers to ur SIM but rather on the phone it self and ur suppose to back it up on ur computer, now what the hell am i suppose to do with my new G1? do i need re enter all the numbers that are still on my BB or can i send all the numbers from my BB to my SIM then put it into my G1?

if you call up a store ask if they have a cellbrite, its a machine that they can put a simcard into and save the numbers into. I saw someone also say you could sync it with outlook then import it to Gmail.

yea u can sync it if u have microsoft outlook

So there is no way to copy those numbers from the blackberry to the SIM card?

Not True! I Had A BB 8320! Yes You Can Copy The #'s To The Sim! You'll Have To Add Them One By One! You Must Open The Contact & Save It To SIM Phone Book!

k thank u im try, if not i have a tmobile store right down the street!
also i think with the new mobile thing on the mytmobile website is a place where it shows everything on your phone.

Cell brite might not be a great option as it will take a bit of time for the firmware to be updated with the G1 info.  The only option i can think of is to use the cellbrite to copy from 8320 to the sim...keep in mind, this will not copy messages, media, etc
