Ok so I've read the scant amount of info on here about the Wing II. I've scoured google, ect and came up with not much. I would like someone to point me in the right direction of info on it if possible. I'm asking b/c now my decision is G1 or W2 (Wing 2 lol). |

Yeah, there is no available information on the Wing II at this time. I have seen an image (that I no longer have unfortunately  ) and it looks like a very nice phone. I think if you really want WinMo, just wait for it, but it could be as late as Q2 2009, however, so you may be waiting a while. |

No one knows much about the Wing 2. I have seen an image (don't have it anymore). You all should be satisfied with it. If you're a hardcore WM person or like it then wait but you will probably be waiting to Q1 2009. The G1 is the main attraction in Q4 and T-Mobile will make sure that is true.

I'm not really die hard WinMo, I'm fairly open to anything. I hope when I get training on the G1 it will be hands-on. Then I can really decide what to do. Unfortunately I have a crappy employee plan. I have to pay full price for phones... no upgrades  . So I could buy both but that's a lot of money to put out for phones, prolly about $800 ($399 a pop). Maybe if I get some hands on time I can post what I find out about the G1. If anyone has anything they would like me to try IF I get hands on before it hits shelves send me a message (so as to not clog this thread with it). But back to Wing2. Does anyone have a color, vague description, ect? Maybe I can dig up a photo if I know what it looks like. |

I know that from the pictures that I have seen of it (no, don't ask me....) I know that I absolutely am looking forward to getting the Wing II. I think I've decided to forgo any other phones right now (the G1 doesn't have the features I need, and the X1 cost too dang much) so I'm gonna wait for this one.
It's a good looking phone.

f a wing two....gimmie a Dash II lol. A Wing II WOULD be nice tho. Matter of fact.....keep the Dash the same....just slap WinMo 6.1 on that puppy, make it touch screen, and give it a 512mhz processor and at LEAST 128mb of memory...and im pissin my pants all day. LOL! Oh yea....can somebody PLEASE put a FLASH on a T-Mobile WinMo phone?! lol
OR if your fortunate....someone over at XDA will find a way to put WinMo on a G1....wouldn't that be sweet? just pray lol

I may be selling my wing if I get the G1. Dunno if you want a used phone. I've never had to replace it and never had any problems (other that ones I created, LOL can only overclock to 299:P ). |
