Has anyone been successful getting 7.8

I saw Nokia's video showing 7.8 is available for the Lumia line which includes the 710.  The update has to be installed through Zune, but it says my phone is up to date.  (I even did the unplug from the internet trick to try to trick the phone into updating, but no go after 25 times...)

AH, I inferred that the video meant it was international. 

And I see it won't be available by T-Mobile. You can jailbreak it and proceed with an install from a custom ROM if you really want 7.8.
