Staying with tmobile!!

After being with Tmobile for almost 10 years.
I called customer service to talk about an upgrade and to say "thank you" for giving my family great service.

I have to say loyalty pays off! Not only did a get a great phone for almost free(nexus4 and no i cant put the price here) but free shipping and i didnt have to change my plan!!!!!

Nice deal!  That's one of the reasons I don't ever plan on leaving T-Mobile.  They have always been good to me, and for what I get on my plan right now, I'd be paying more elsewhere.
