Walmart black Friday galaxy S 2 and 3 sale?

Has anyone seen this sale?  Looks like the S2 will be $79 and the S3 $129, each with a $100 gift card.  My question is what are the details to qualify?  Anyone know?  Don't really want to fight the crowds just to find it's no good for upgrades.  Thanks for any info.

I went Saturday and picked up a Galaxy S3 for $129 + $18 activation and received a $100 Walmart gift card. I was eligible for an upgrade and had to sign another 2 year contract.  She said I was able to keep my $20 grandfathered unlimited data plan, I'm going to call and confirm that it's still in place.
