I was in Disneyland back in December and each day at around 10am the internet on my phone (Sensation) would no longer work. It lasted until I got back to my hotel and would eat my battery. I called tech support daily to complain and they sometimes would say there were problems and other times there was no problem. They had me do the regular of shutting off my phone, pulling the battery, resetting my phones connection to the network and nothing worked. Went on for 6 days. I've not had any problems since I left and am now back and sure enough on my first day around 10am the internet went to not responding. I called customer care but since I was on my phone she was "limited" in what they could do and even went so far to ask me if airline mode was on. I responded by saying, I am talking to you aren't I?

Anyway is it possible that the internet is just overwhelmed when at Disney due to so many people being there? I can make calls but there is no web. My phone will register 4 bars of 4G and then drop to 2G then back up to 4G 3 or 4 bars but nothing ever comes up on the browser, facebook, or anything connected to the internet. I have to stop all syncs so my battery lasts more than a few hours. I'd like to be able to get to certain apps (those that tell me how long lines are) but nothing seems to work until I leave the park and get back to my hotel. Anyone have any thoughts?

Edit: Today with much less crowded parks the internet worked until about noon then quit and then was off and on through the rest of the day. Phone/text still worked but the internet was very spotty. I would have a full 4G signal, attempt to connect and then it would drop to G or 2G then pop back to 4G. But it does look like they are just overwhelmed once the parks get going and can't handle the number of people.

Thanks

Yeah it's the same for me and many others. Tomorrowland has no/poor data, but full bars. ToonTown, Small World, and Critter Country have data. So whenever you are in those areas, refresh there. They are the closest to the edges of the park and therefore the towers. I never tried it, but the Train might have a great signal since its up on the berm and is as close to the park boundaries as possible. Fact is is that Disney doesn't need the income from allowing cell sites in the park and then deal with issues down the road if they need to move it or the connecting lines underground for a new ride.

I just set it to 2G or airplane while walking and try where I know its good
