Menotek Flexible Bluetooth Keyboard - use with a Galaxy S II ???

I'm thinking of getting the Menotek Flexible Bluetooth Keyboard.

It would be used with the T-Mobile version of the Galaxy S II (SGH-T989).

Does anyone out there have any experience in using these two together?
i.e.: Are they compatible with one another?

Can I use the keyboard in place of the on-screen keyboard, regardless of the application? 
Example:  E-mail, Task Manager, or one of the "Office" Apps ???

Letters and Numbers should work. But the special keys such as Alt, Ctrl won't.
