I don't see why more people don't just start using the online fax websites.  eFax is one of them and there are several others I've heard about.  All you need is a scanner and an internet connection and you can fax anything you want wherever you want.  I think way easier and more convenient than using a fax machine.  Besides, only traditional home phones truly support fax.  There are still issues with VOIP and digital phone from the cable companies.

Yes. That is internally know as H@H III. Its all about the current limitations of H@H II, and getting rid of them.

Ok, now THAT'S sweet. Faxing doesn't come up too often in my life but it's enough to cause a bit of an inconvenience when I have to run off to my local FedEx-Kinkos which has me wait in line for payment... I'm home phone free so there's no use for a fax machine at home.

Call me crazy but I had NEVER heard of this, seriously. Online faxing sounds like a pretty good option, I was needing to get a scanner/printer device soon anyway.

Really?!  That tech's been around what seems like forever.  I haven't used it much as I don't really have that much occasion to receive or send a fax, but it is pretty nice.

I found this fax service a couple of months ago.

http://www.faxaway.com/

All incoming faxes get e-mailed to you as a PDF or a Tiff.

To send a fax you can attach a document like a Word document or a graphic file and e-mail it to a special address and they forward it onto the fax machine.

They only charge $1 per month for a dedicated fax number.  Incoming faxes are free.  Sending faxes cost 11 cents a minute.  I don't send them too often, so this works perfectly for me.

Will H@H III include web voicemail or emailing the voicemail messages?

You can receive faxes on your cell if you ask T-mobile for the service I forget what it's called but it's free. It goes straight to your VM and when you get near a phone that you can receive faxes at you just enter the number and boom you got your fax!
