Hey all,

My gf did a warranty exchange about two months ago (T-Mobile G2).. They have never received her old phone and now want her to pay full price for the "lost" unit. She contacted T-Mobile, and they reffered her to UPS - and vice versa, UPS reffered her back to T-Mobile. Is there anything else she can do? We have a feeling that the UPS drop off box was robbed. ( It was near some shipping store not affiliated with UPS).

Theres nothing that can really be done about it. Try reporting it to the BBB they will get someone higher up helping u.
