My gf did a warranty exchange about two months ago (T-Mobile G2).. They have never received her old phone and now want her to pay full price for the "lost" unit. She contacted T-Mobile, and they reffered her to UPS - and vice versa, UPS reffered her back to T-Mobile. Is there anything else she can do? We have a feeling that the UPS drop off box was robbed. ( It was near some shipping store not affiliated with UPS).
