hi i got the samsung hercules opening day, comes with new sim card etc, I actually still had the fave 5s plan, which got upgraded to fave 5s royalty when the promotion ended on my previous phone 2 years ago. for some reason last night my internet stopped working, though shows 4g with reception and data sending and receiving. wifi was still working, i tried tweakin some of the settings and today decided to go to the tmobile store to talk to a rep. she tried doin some of the same things as well and tried to change the settings to gsm to kick it out and put it to gsm/wcdma (automode), she then went to her computer and checked the sim and said that was fine and said it stopped working because i was still currently under fave 5s, told me to switch to ready plus plan, so i did, and told me give it 2 hrs to kick in. wen i left i was checkin and it still wasnt workin and then turned of off, took sim card out and put it back in, makin me think maybe that couldve been the prob, so now i got 2gig of data instead of unlimited of wat i was usin this whole time....
