Since this site has talked about the boosters coming to t-mobile,i was wondering how exactly do I get one. I am in a very crappy signal area but I do get 3g/4g speratically, so the booster would help tremendously. If anyone knows how I can get one please respond to my post. Hopefully there are some t-mobile employees that know how to get one. I would easily extend my contract for better home service, since this is where I am most of the time.

I went into my local store and they said that I qualified but that the system wouldn't let them order it.  So I'm going to give sales a call in the morning to see if I can get it.  I'll let you know how it goes.

Only retentions can order a celfi for you.

There is also qualifying criteria that must be meet before you can get one.  First you must be an A or B credit class, second you must live in a stand alone house, no apartments or condos, due to 911 location issues that could mess with another persons emergency that tmo would be held liable for.

Also the celfi doesnt boost your signal it only expands the signal you already have, this is not a femtocell its merely a signal repeater to expand throughout a household.
Just because I don't give you credits, does not mean you did not receive exceptional customer service...

Just because the answer you have received from me is not the answer you wanted, does not make it incorrect.

I should be able to get one. Due to the credit rating being increased and i'm on a business account. But I do understand that it has to be ordered somewhere special.
