I have been a customer of tmobile for several years with a loyalty plan with no contract.  I recently attempted to switch all five of my lines to prepaid accounts.  I went during my lunch to the tmobile store and the girl at the counter laughed and told me she would connect me to customer service from her phone but I would have to deal with this myself.  I asked how long it would take and she told me someone came in yesterday and they were on the phone two hours.  I thought this is crazy.  I then went to customer service and the sent me to the prepaid department.  They sent me back to customer service because they said they had to get the old plan stopped before I could get the prepaid plan.  I then was sent to the wrong department where they tried to get me to sign a new contract.  I then was transferred to the customer service who said I would have no problems and I would not have any interupted service as long as I went to prepaid first.  Then they transferred me again and then prepaid said no that I needed to cancel first after almost two hours and them hanging up on me a few times I gave up and went back to work.  I then cancelled my service and the customer service said they would text me when service was shut down so I could then call prepaid.  I never got a text that all  the phones were shut down but found out after two of my lines were not working at all. I called and then went back and forth again for another two hours and disconnections and terrible service.  Two days later and one phone is still out and they told me because of the Virginia earthquake there were system problems and other crazy stories.  It took a full  day and another hour on the phone to set up my voice mail, the system went down. They have told me today that the system will take another 24 hours to get my one line that is still down back up.  I was told by customer service up front that there would be no interruption in my service over and over again.  What a crock.  This has been a nightmare to get this change from my loyalty plan which I had over several years to the prepaid plan.  They got everything wrong and I had to redo all my prepaid plans twice. Swithching=nightmare.

Been thinking of Prepaid, myself. One thing, for sure...an understated Oxymoron is using the words, TMobile & Loyalty in one sentence.
I remember the days, when (they) actually seemed to care.
