wow just called tmobile, they have a new system, it gives you all your info that you didn't call for, than you get a message they are hanging up on you. You have to listen to all this info and cant dial 00 to bypass it anymore. Asks a ton of questions than you get the Philippines Wow ATT would be proud of this it makes ATT phone prompts the best ever. I would leave tmobile right now if I didn't just re sign.

Yes I know and its a pain I apologize. It shouldn't have gotten this way. Some may think its very secure for ppl tricking the system. However, during my research I found the automated system very glitchy as to asking it what you want. And after 3 times it hangs up on you and none of the commands really goto customer service. I would report it to the BBB if you want to. Just to let them know how their business is going downhill and exactly how you feel and wish to have them correct the situation for everyone. Because if T-Mobile doesn't have someone on their asses most likely it will keep going downhill.

I just called earlier and was able to get through fairly easily to a US rep in billing that was very helpful.

I said billing, then after it went through the info there, I said agent.  That's it.  I was also connected immediately after it said to hold while we connect you.  I called around 3:30pm central time.
