Is there a time of day when you can reach a rep at the US call center? I have tried all different times for two weeks and can seem to get through, did the center in Oakland close?

Is this a serious response? What does that mean?

That is weird. Do you call from your phone or a landline? What state are you in?

He asked if you had a flexpay account, because most if not all of the flexpay reps are outsourced.  Oakland is still open, and call volume has been really light over the past month, so I don't see why you are having problems unless you call in too much.

What is flexpay? Are you suggesting that customer's calls are routed to different call centers based on how much they call in?

I have also always had a U.S. representative on the line whenever I have had to call - I live in NYC.

They are starting to use call centers in the Philippines. Found this out this weekend. My wifes hairdressers husband owns call centers and was in the Philippines for a few weeks setting up T mobile with this. Why because its much cheaper they said. Good old USA, outsource everything.

That is Correctamundo!  Just this morning-4/22/11- I "tricked" a CSR into confessing what I had suspected for a week or so: TMob is using the same CallCenter in Manila as HewlettPackard. This particular CSR asked me how I detected the Phillipines. I told him, it was simple: Cheap-Bankok-style Music while waiting on-hold! (when you've spent as much time as I did in VietNam...Asian "wanta-be-WesternMusic has a particular Sound to it, that is unmistakable.

How long do you guys usually have to hold for to get to a person? Every time I call I have to hold at least 20 minutes if not more.

Wow..you guys must be calling the wrong number. I wait a MAXIMUM of like 3-5 minutes. Usually almost instantaneous. Never had a foreign rep.

The Number given on TMobile's Website under "Contact Us By Phone" is 1-877-746-0909. Try it. Keep a Stopwatch handy...and, uhhh...be honest in your reporting....

Well I tried calling the 800 number from a landline and also tried saying "loyalty", but have still been left on hold for a  least 20 mins at which point I give up.

I'm sorry but i've been saying it doesn't matter who it is you will most likely have a long hold time no matter what # you call. I did have a direct # which did connect me right away but its been lost.

Maybe they favor the NY market or something because I've never had to wait really.
