Velocity said that we should expect to see this 3G smartphone in Q2 of this year, and that it could end up in a configuration that supports the new AWS 3G bands here in the states.

So, maybe....just maybe.

Also, Velocity Mobile is a new manufacturer I believe, so they are going to want to get their stuff into the most hands as possible.

ya im hopin.  and i guess the second gen phones are USUALLY better then the first.  maybe these guys wont underpower their devices ala Horrid Tiny Crap ... thats the best i could come up with.

Well, I guess you can't have everything.

Yeah, it may be just a 2mp cam....but maybe it's got a really good lens so it won't be quite so bad.

Well, hopefully once T-Mo has rolled everything out those unlocked devices will also spread the love around....
