I got the charm

It has pros & cons.

Pro (for me) the hard key board, it's pretty fast, call qualitly is very good.

Cons, The camera is 3MPG & lacking a flash, very low rent. The screen is TERRIBLE. Colors are washed out & it maybe the worst screen i've ever seen on a phone period.

It's a damn shame that Motorola cheaped out on these two important things. I can only hope the next version of the Charm is better.

So far I am happy with the Motorola Charm. I agree, the qwerty keyboard is nice. I wish the camera was 5mp and with a flash. For me the screen color is not that bad but it could be better of course. I wish T-Mobile would get something like the Motorola Droid Pro, the advance version of the Charm (considered an entry level smartphone). 

The dorid pro is sweet! As usual, T-Mo gets the short end of the stick.
