G2 Shipping??

Did your G2 Get shipped, let us know. for those who don't know how to track your package tmobile will send you a confirmation message of shipping to your current phone or the master phone on your account containing your tracking number. The other option is to go to the ups website at the follwing link and enter you phone number in the format posted below.

In the shipment reference box type in the  phone number you pre-ordered with as follows and press enter.

EDIT: JUST FOUND OUT YOU DONT HAVE TO ENTER THE DASHES, MAYBE ITS JUST ME, BUT TRY IT OUT AND SEE IF YOU GET GOOD RESULTS.

Not to be horribly stupid, but how do I know?
I'm so confused with the whole shipping thing.
When I ordered it it said Oct. 6th.
A text said within a week,
and an email said estimated delivery date was the 27th?
What's going on?

I received the same weird notifications.
When ordered it said Oct 4th,
My text yesterday said within a week,
and my email said estimated delivery date was oct 3rd which is a sunday.

This is an interesting shipping protocol.  lol

I called TMo and the girl basically said she had no idea what was going on and could only promise that I would have it by or on the 6th.

They pulling an apple here.

Tmobile and ups will not risk shipping the phone to be delivered on october 6th because things happen, and the best option when it comes to the shipping company is to deliver ontime...so therefore tmobile will start shipping phones a little early to some places that might take a shipment longer than normal to reach, or area's where there are a large amount of deliveries to make sure inventory is filled and customers are satisfied.

UPS could not locate my shipment, I guess that means I won't be getting it tomorrow like my email said.

I wouldnt even expect anybody to even get any info till mid-week. Their lil UPS txt msg tracking thing doesnt even work right. I remember getting info days after I already received it lol.

Ill be very surprised if any do ship tomarrow, id expect shipments to start being done like maybe wednesday which gives UPS 5 business days to ship it so it gets to your address by the 6th at the latest.

While i understand your point, that seem like tmoibles 3-5 day shipping for express customers, if you chose standard 5-7 day shipping today(mon) would be the 7th day and shipments, and billing information should start popping up in the ups system.

If you choose ups express which we quote 2-3 bus. days, a lot times the package will deliver before ups sends us the tracking info.  That's why you could rec. the text a day or so after delivery.

You guys already had the info in your systems days before. I got the tracking # from you guys.

According to some posts on the official T_mobile Forum, UPS tracking numbers are showing up. So I checked mine:

I typed my phone number (without dashes: xxxxxxxxxx) and it got shipped today.
Delivery is 9/30 (I selected express shipping (3 days))

wait, so how many of you guys have received a text message saying your order has been processed? I ordered mine yesterday, so just wondering if I should be receiving a text or not?

cool to see some people are getting theirs already, be cool to see a review of it soon.  I selected 5- 7 day ground shipping and ordered around 4 pm on friday so ill hopefully get a tracking number soon.  

inph-  i got that message about 12 hours after i ordered, so i got it on saturday.  thats just a standard message they send everyone.

Mine shipped out today, and is currently waiting at the UPS center 20 miles from my house. If all goes well I will have in my hand by 4pm tomorrow.

So I havent gotten a text or anything but I figured why not see if its been sent out and what do you know it was shipped today. The weird thing is that it says it will be here tomorrow but it just got to Louisville, KY at 9:45pm. Hopefully it somehow gets from Kentucky to Chicago by tomorrow morning. Its really just one state over and seeing that dcmans went from Kentucky to California that fast, I might just have my G2 tomorrow. Now im wondering if Tmobile will start selling the G2 accessories or do they have to wait till the 6th.

Oh and I did ground shipping if anybodies wondering.

I forgot to say that I paid for the express shipping and I was real quick to order it (Thu, Sep 23, 2010 at 10:36 PM).
