With all the hype going on about new phones, and T-Mobile in general I felt this was needed.  What I noticed in the last 10 topics posted, people immediately jump on there and give a horrible comment about T-Mobile.  I know we should respect everyones opinions, but when Tmonews makes posts on twitter about how THEY are tired of it, its crazy.  Just about on every topic, within the first 10 comments...there is something bashing whatever the topic is.  So with that, please tell us how you REALLY feel about T-Mobile.  Do you really like them? If not, why are you still with them? Do you just come here to bash T-Mobile?  Do you even have T-Mobile?  LOL...let it be know.

Now I have personally been with T-Mobile since 1997, and will not be leaving.  No matter how bad it gets, I just feel that they have done really well over the years, and I have alway had great coverage with them.  So tell us what you think about them.

As of right now, they are worth having.

But, I can't speak for the future on if I would keep them down the road. Nobody can claim to never leave a carrier.

I probably wouldnt leave but I do have issues w/ T-Mobile & if T-Mobile didnt exist I'd really have a hard time choosing. I dont entirely love them but they are better than most I know. I just wish the maximum of best wasnt as low as it is.

I can't say for sure that I would never leave T-Mobile, but since I have been with them for almost 10 yrs. I have not had an issue with them so it would take a lot for me to switch to another carrier.

I have been with t-mobile for over 5 years with no complaints.
They are a business and have to make money in order to provide service.
I am switching to even more plus in order to save myself money since we don't
all need new phones all the time.

If another carrier offers me a better deal, meaning less money, better coverage, better phone,
I would probably switch.  But I haven't seen that, and I have been looking because of all the new phones.

I travel. The only reason I started with Voicestream was that at the time, they were the first and only carrier with no national roaming and free long distance. That's why I started. Why I have stayed is because they have always been the cheaper alternative and the roaming in Europe is excellent.  That is possibly no longer true with MetroPCS, Boost, VirginMobile, etc. The other big three, seem to be going towards tiered and/or metered data charges. As long as T-Mo has unlimited data, I will be here.
Adversity does not build character. It reveals it.

My issue w/ T-Mobile is they haven't worked on providing a better signal all around. Not just launch something & leave it there to really mess up in time. T-Mobiles services are good but it seems that they dont see signal quality in many places a priority & when they do the ways that things come out arent the results we wanted but they simply do not acknowedge this. Its like the devices they get are a step down even if they release something better than before. They have also made stupid decisions like cancelling myfaves 5 & removed Wi-Fi UMA Calling feature & not even looking at 7PM N&W. Sometimes I feel they simply dont want to be the best.

i absolutely hated tmobile. i just wanted to leave tmobile and go to anyone else besides them. i thought their CS sucked and that tmobile as a whole just sucked. thats the only way i can explain how much i hated them.

Then i switched over to sprint, as happy as i could be about leaving tmobile. they told me they would give me $100 a line for switching over. i had 5 lines which equals $500 they where supposed to give me. i called in (for the 4th time in a couple days) because they messed up my plan and gave me 3 lines instead of 5 lines. They for some reason could not figure out how to fix that. so i stayed on the phone for ~2 and a half hours talking to them telling them thats what i signed up for. in the mean time they told me that the $500 they where going to give me was a lie. Obviously $500 can not be ignored so i cancelled my service with them.

Another time when i switched over to sprint, yes i switched to them twice, they gave me a phone with 4 dead pixels, a phone that had 32 minutes that had already been used on it with the previous owner, a phone with the wrong area code so i could not use it in my area, a phone with 2 dead pixels, a phone that i could see the insides of it from the front without taking any parts off of it, a phone where the app market would not work, and all that in 5 phones. O and horrible CS the whole time. I once was on the phone with a CS rep that was having a party laughing her head off the whole time i was on with her.

Basically all i can say is that T-Mobile is the best and i will never leave them. And all you CS reps out their. you are doing a great job. keep it up.

I can say that I am VERY happy with T-Mobile both with their service AND customer service.  I'll admit that I have left a total of 3 times, but it wasn't anything that T-Mobile did.  First 2 times was because a majority of my friends got Nextel for the direct connect feature, so I went along with them.  The service wasn't that great, so they all decided to drop and go back to other carriers, and I came back to T-Mobile both times.

The 3rd time was only because I couldn't get service where I was living at in Iowa back in 08.  The area I lived in wasn't in one of T-Mobile's coverage area, so they waived the termination fees for me, and I had to get US Cellular(NEVER AGAIN!) because I wasn't going to pay Verizon's prices.  After things didn't work out between me and the girl I was seeing when I got back to Texas, I got back on T-Mobile, and don't ever plan on leaving again.

T-Mobile has always treated me well, and has always given me awesome service(see some of my speed tests where I've gotten 11Mbps with my webConnect Rocket here).  I never have dropped calls, unless it comes from the other person's end, or I am in the basement of the hospital I work at(under tons of concrete and other materials, which still only kills my signal sometimes).

I have been with T-Mobile since 1995 and have no plans on switching to another provider. I have periodically had some issues with CSR and with my local store, but these were eventually resolved to my satisfaction.

When I was with T-Mobile back in 2006, service established in my area after voicestream was created I dont think that was till around 2003 when it was changed to T-Mobile. However, when I was a customer back then they always resolved everything that was non-technical related & some technical issues. But now they dont resolve hardly anything for me including basic things like Caller ID i've had my # for around 6 months & the Caller ID still displays the previous account holders name & number.

I signed up T-Mobile because I could tether for free, but if I am fired by tethering, I'll take 5+1 lines elsewhere.

I have been with all the major carriers in one way or another, and I have been the most happy with t-mobile.  Though the phones are sometimes lacking the pricing and coverage I need makes up for it.  I hope to hang onto them, I had to drop them before due to the fact i moved and they didn't have coverage there.  I just came back, hate the fact they are treating me as a new customer, but there's nothing I can do about that.
