I've worked on the elevator in a tower similar to that, though not as tall, but we didn't have to climb the thing.  But I will say the view was awesome.  Guys that work on those things are a little crazier than the rest of us.

sorry guys im an idiot. i messed with the settings and made it so all the most recent post show at the top. turns out i forgot to change it back lol.

thats about as sketch as it gets, it seems like the builders did not have the climbers in mind at all, crazy maneuvering, no ledges, or stairs, no help at all for them but the creepy ladders.
