When will Monmouth/Ocean area be getting 3G?

I think I found 3G on I95 because some signal "leaked" from Manhattan
on the way back through Holland tunnel, I couldn't get 3G signal at all (used 3G only mode on Option card, no reception)

I really want 3G is active in South NJ (Fort Dix) by 12 Sept, that I can get better internet speed upon duty
though EDGE in NJ is pretty good

Yeah, I get 120-150kbps edge...

I sure hope we get 3G, i'm in Ocean county, and work in Monmouth... I plan on getting the G1(Dream) as soon as it's available...(pre-ordering it, when possible)... soo we better get 3G, i don't see why not, NY has it, Phili has it, and even Baltimore has it...

I just ran tethered tests here in Brick, NJ on a Samsung T639, and still getting 150-200 Kbps Download, and 70 Kbps upload. :-(  no 3G here in Ocean County yet :-(.

3G should be active in Newark

We get half the speed of the iphone 3g! We get what I call Edge +.
