New phone - input request

Have an iphone 3G that is 90% dead. 

I want a phone without physical keyboard and the largest screen available. 

I want something FAST.

I have considered the Droid X or the Evo but I am VERY reluctant to leave T-Mobile after being with them so long.

Anyone been to the other side and have any input for me on phone selection?  I don't think I can wait another month for the G2 or the MT HD. 

Am I insane to try the HD2 out if I'm coming from an iPhone?

come on.. those phones will be out soon.. two weeks til G2.. if u want the 4.3" HD2, u can put Android 2.2 FroYo on it.. I have Android 2.2 FroYo on my TP2.. but they're still not native android phones, so yea...

What about the Vibrant? It has a 4"screen and one of the fastest phones out there.
