Hi ya'll,

Thanks for the list! But, I need to fax consumer customer relations a name change document. At one time I was given a fax number but now customer care says there isn't one and the stores tell me to call customer care! Is this the one I need: Consumer WTS Fax   1-208-773-7621? I'd rather not mail it in, it would take forever. Thanks!

Unfortunatly we only have a mailing address for customer relations...

You can CALL 1-800-318-9270  that number which I understand is a main directory if you want to ask them to get you to executive customer relations.... that might help you.

They can change the name in store....The only thing that should have to be verified is said document (liscence, etc) call into customer service and request the change.

Shouldn't be that hard.

I tried going into the store, the store faxed in the document for me but the change was never made. The second time I tried in-store they printed off something from the intranet with a fax number and a list of things they needed on a letter from me. In all of life's craziness I lost that so now I'm trying via mail. If this doesn't work, I'll probably have to try executive customer service. Thanks for the replies!

Yeah the operator lady is a hard lady to get by, but if you say that if she doesn't transfer you, your next stop will HAVE to be the local news... she will transfer you real fast.

Maybe someone can see which numbers still work. I tried the last number and it's doesn't work anymore.
