Yup finally got it working! For those having issues, make sure you've got the Samsung Galaxy S USB Drivers installed.

Once you unlock it, and then T-Mobile sends an OTA update, will it re-lock the phone?

I tried to do it, and it won't work. It says it can't locate the nv.data.bin.
