Double Twist Not Seeing Device

Wondering if anybody is using Doulbetwist and have you gotten it to work with the Slide?  Went through the T-Mo and Doubletwist forums and couldn't find a correct answer to the problem, which is when you plug in the phone the Doubletwist software doesn't see it.  Thanks in advance

I have a PC with windows xp, too cheap for a Mac. 

I don't know why it wouldn't work. Have you got any other phones to try it out with? It should work fine with any phone really.

Gonna give it a shot after work with my old Blackberry and see what happens with it.
