I completely agree.  I am extremely happy with this phone, it does everything thing I need and does it a hundred times better than my old curve.  Android is awesome and I actually really like the sense.  Only complaint ihad was the keys markings on the keyboard but have gotten used to that.

The Vibrant along with the other Galaxy S variants were there, but only time will tell if they were decent phones. The Moment looked nice when it released, then it was found to be junk.

I'm happy with the Slide. It'll do until I get another phone in 18 months.

Yeah my husband and I both have slides and we enjoy them. Sometimes I find him playing more with his phone then his own computer and that says a lot since we are both computer geeks.

Have that same problem, find myself sitting on the couch, too lazy to get up and go to my computer, or maybe I just really like the phone.  It's nice to finally have a phone that does exactly what I need and does it well.  My Blackberry was great for calls, texting and email but the browsing was awful, Androids browser is so much better and makes it nice to look up things and just come by here and read the boards.

I don't mind the Slide at all. The keyboard took a bit of getting used to but I enjoy it a lot now.

I really liked the list being a Slide owner myself. I don't regret not waiting for the Vibrant, but that doesn't mean I don't want it. :D
I support anyone who brings about competition and innovation. Be it Google, Apple, HTC, Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, Palm, Microsoft, RIM, LG, Sharp, or anyone else I may have forgot. Variety is great. What's good for one person, is dead wrong for another.
