2.1 (& under) = not OTB.. u need tethering apps
2.2+ = USB tethering OTB.. not sure about WiFi tethering OTB

i heard it does, but i wasn't sure.. its weird that i cant find it in the Settings of my TP2 2.2 FroYo build.. unless i overlooked it.. but i like the Wireless Tether for Root Users app anyways.. it shows u how much IN/OUT live & total.. but imma load up 2.2 again and check back.


UPDATE: @jet -- so i loaded up 2.2 FroYo (via TP2 SD card).. looked thru ALL the settings.. Wifi tethering is not there.. not in the Wireless settings.. Wifi nor tethering settings, only USB settings.. hmm

Finally got my Vibrant. So far its amazing (coming from an iPhone 3GS).

I'm going to use it for at least 2 week straight as my personal phone to see if its a worthy iPhone replacement.

TAKE IT OUT THE BOX ALREADY! LOL! i would LOVE to have this phone now.. but imma wait until most phones from that leak show up to see my options.. plus i can't use $5.99 t-zones with Android, so imma see which phone should i use my upgrade on.

Yup confirmed, Web2Go doesn't work.

Keep us posted Kick! I love the 3GS but this phone looks like it may be just as cool..or cooler

I've been with TMobile for 2.5 years. I'm getting ready to get the Galaxy S 4G. I have the Blackberry 8900 now. This will be a big upgrade for me. I personally think that buying phones is an addiction with some people, they are never satisfied. You buy one and in less than 3 months a new phone comes out and everyone wants one. I guess people have a lot of money. I don't but I will get this phone. You can read reviews all day long and you can get a heart attack if you let it get to you. So, my decision is purely mine, and only mine. Just wanted to give my 2 cents.

^^ can u wait for the HTC 'Pyramid' in Q2? that'll be a better phone (if u care about higher specs/processor power + made by HTC).

I would really suggest what he suggests for you to wait.
