try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
Rumors! I love rumors! I would prefer they were truths though.

Great!

Also a reboot (Hold down power and home button until apple logo appears) can fix many problems ;)

does rebooting affect my jailbroken and unlocked status at all?  i'm guessing not cuz you probably wouldn't have suggested other wise...

It won't mess with any of that unless you have a 3gs. If you do all you have to do is power off power on then wait for the iTunes plug in thing (DUF mode) and then run blackrain.

ok thanks.  I should be good then.  I have a 3g.  is rebooting the phone not the same as just powering it on and off?

Rebooting and power off, power on are the same.

Not at all. Its basically just like restarting your computer or laptop once it gets really slow (because of the RAM). You can reboot any iPhone it won't affect your iPhone unless you have a tethered jailbreak with the new 3GS Apple started manufacturing starting in October...meaning once you power off your iPhone 3GS it will become un jailbroken, but that's only if you bought your iPhone after October.
