how can I enable HSDPA icon without flashing?

I think something is missing on HKLM/Drivers/BuiltIn/RIL
and, there's a blank on the left of signal bar

now, how can I do the registry to enable these above?

anyway, if you install a taskbar icon pack, most will add the icon back to the phone. I use tsowens (theres a link in one of the stickies) & the icons for G/E/3G/H are awesome
