Ok sooo...i bought the 2008 sidekick about a month ago because my old
phone was a piece of **** =) no complaints so far except one.

so my friend and i every month set goals for how many texts we can total up to by the end of the month.

I've always kept track of my messages on old phones by going to tzones and it was listed
under my instant messages count

well now that i have the sidekick there is absolutely NO way of keeping track .

I try the #MSG# but it just says "you have unlimited messages remaining" or you have used 0 of 9999999999 . lol

and i know for a fact ive done thousands because my friend is already at 10,390
true story.

i called customer service and the lady was like oh yes ma'am you have used 200 outgoing and 300 incoming and i was like theres no way thats possible and she's like sorry ma'am this is what my system tells me.

i looked on mytmobile.com and NOTHING

wat the eff.

any suggestions is there an app or something i can use to find out how many messages??

Not when you have unlimited messages on your account.

Not sure about that. But they always used to show up on my bill even if I had unlimited.

It is reps like this that can get a company shut down or sued.  By freaking FCC regulations we can't say you've done xxx outgoing and xxx incoming, we can only give information as a whole....stupid idiot rep....

Most places show much you sent & received. I wouldnt see it a problem to let u know that.

We can't state it over the phone because it is not a summary of all usage, it is available online/bill/store because it is more secure
