T-Mobile Services / Tmobile in Fayetteville AR?

Im just wandering why tmobile is not in North West Arkansas?  We have Fayetteville, Springdale, and Rogers which are good size cities and Fayetteville is a university town?  I get coverage, there is just no stores.

This has probably been asked before but is there any word on an android phone that will have UMA capabilities?
