I expect normal batteries to eventually increase over 2000mAh at some point to compensate. But it is really nice to have. But I do think it will get partially covered.I say screw 2 and go straight 4
It's funny how people try to justify their new Mytouch4g's... And compare it to this official google phone. This Nexus S is the better phone period. Mytouch 4g is a teeny bopper phone especially compared to this official Google flagship phone. Simply put, it has a Significant better screen. First phone to get the latest updates. Googles Noise cancelation. Top radios in it. Looks sleek. Thin. Etc.So why dont you just wait for gingerbread to be pushed to the G2. None of the hassles of selling a phone, and you get a new O.S.
Google did the RIGHT move. They choose samsung with it's unparalleled deep blacks/contrast ratio screen technology.
Gingerbread now has a darker tone in it's os. Notification bar etc etc. So it's natural to use samsung super amoled tech to show it off.
Plain Jane design with killer specs/tech. The main focus is the screen/software. This design and screen technology empathizes that in TOP form.
This is the top dawg. The official google phone.
I bought the G2 in September, but I'm returning or selling it to get this bad boy.
The curved 4" super amoled screen is worth it alone. Coupled with now a darker toned gingerbread android 2.3 OS.
I found myself NOT using the physical keyboard on the G2. It's just quicker and more convenient to use the on screen keyboard in a pinch.
Returning/selling the G2 for this main and top google android phone!
Yea mine is hacked...but I'm gonna un-hack it..cause I gotta send it back. This is a great first step in the windows phone 7 hacking direction.....installing third party apps on your device after microsoft said it wouldn't be allowed.

Yea T1, I saw that. This is certainly good news. This was one of many things I don’t like about WP7. Now they need to fix the external memory garbage MS has.
BTW have you hacked your HD7 yet with this? Let us know want you think when you do.
You guys can murder me but I think the Nexus S its no where near a upgrade for the nexus 1. All specs are really just a refresh maybe a little faster CPU more Ram better screen resolution same crappy battery on every high end device. Seems like they just grabbed what ever they had and they made this it doesn't seem like they wanted to innovate the way N1 did. NO higher camera with better optics I think they didn't do HDMI out I dont use much but nice to have.Battery damn I want a better battery I'm tired of battery power seriously. Maybe I'm just jumping too fast maybe when I try it it would be the best thing ever.I'm there with you man, I'm tired if being stiffed...we get all the crazy add ons and a whack battery...beautiful screen on the vibrant...but the battery is whack...the hd7..sweet hardware and I love wp7...whack battery...g1, hd2, tp2. They could've all been better...
I have had the phone for awhile i went from iphone to Android Nexus ONE and then the Vibrant and i must say i love my nexus one and vibrant but my friend T1 from TMO told me try the HTC HD7 i saw his and feel in love with the look the feel and how smooth it ran i went out and brought one still trying to adjust to windows 7 but i'm real happy just ordered my oem case would like the see wifi Tethering on the HD7 but maybe i'm asking to much.Well look who finally decided to post...Welcome to TmoNews. Teathering is a way off from wp7 right now..first there must be a jailbreak (which is being worked on) and a app created to actually enable that option. Also keep in mind, there are reports floating arount about tmobile blocking tethering on devices that are rooted or without the 14.99 tethering option added to your account.
Sadly, I dont think it changed anything for T-Mobile. They never got Samsung Windows Mobile phones & probably still wont.I dont know about that.....right now we have a huweii and and lg android phone...so anything is possible
