I tried calling customer service on Monday but even T-Mobile employees get holidays off. I wasn't surprised.
Then I contacted Blackberry support yesterday. The nice lady got my internet working pretty quick.
Then I tried to setup my email. No go. I get an error "We apologize, there was an error trying to access the service." I get this error both online and on my BB. So I called BB support again and they said that they were having issues with the Pearls and had to open a trouble ticket for me. It should be resolved in 48-72 hours.

The office got me an enterprise license and at least my office email and the internet are working.
This maps thing is pretty cool. I don't know how many times this would have come in handy when I was lost.
