myTouch Slide / Question for a true phone Geeks

Now I do like the N1 batter life compared to most phone this battery is amazing. Now since I plan on getting the Slide would I be able to buy a nexus one battery and use it in the the slide or it wouldn't be compatible? Also if it does actully work how much do you estimate would the talk time be?

   Im a phone geek to a point but something I had notice something alot of true phone geeks are mad that the mytouch slide isn't a Super-Phone which like the title is saying makes no sense. The reason it doesn't is because most people who are on t-mobile aren't phone geeks. Most people don't care about the processors. They really don't Most people who got Android phones don't even know what android is. I have a friend she had the hero then she went to Verizon i said your getting another Android phone she thought I was talking about the Driod. Lets be honnest T-mobile wasn't meant for the power user or the geeks like us they are for the guy who doesn't have enough for AT&T ,Verizon and who can't stand Sprint. Seriously people are getting made saying I want the Evo or I need the Droid. Lets be honest When did T-mobile do anything ground breaking besides getting the G1? Also T-mobile is thinking long term not short term.
  Also some say well the HD2 is selling good. Let me explain that one it looks like a Iphone with a big screen and it has Transformer 1 and 2 on it for free. Those 2 features will make people buy it alone Also last time I checked everyone one I know who ever brought it return it 2 weeks later so it isn't a great phone. I mean it's like this just because you have a super phone doesn't mean it will sell. The reason why the Driod is doing so well Verizon is pushing it hard and also they made it into the Anti-Iphone. I don't see Sprint doing that with the Moment which has close stats to the Droid which isn't selling like the Droid. It's like this people every phone out is for a different demographic. Think about this would a true phone geek buy a sidekick? No because it doesn't fit their needs and wants. Hell thats like a blackberry user saying Im mad because Android is what every phone operator is all about. I mean come on now I do understand why your angry lets be honest t-mobile will to a super phone soon probably around winter or fall so relax.

I know there's the G1 and Cliq but where's the rest?? It seems everyone is trying to make the next iphone. Serious its annoying. I just want a phone to replace my g1 I was going to get the cliq but the battery was worst than the g1 whuich made me go damn that's terrible. I just want a phone can atleast go 6 or atleast 7 hours of talk that's it. The only phone on the market able to do it is the mytouch. I have a really big question what ever happend to our Andriod samsung phone with a keyboard, also where's the g1v2 ? Last year we haerd rumors and seen pics by now of the mytouch. I don't think there is one coming this year because we seen half the htc phone coming none of them have keybaords except 1 and that's the touch pro 3.

I hope this comes to t-mobile. It will more likely be like the mytouch with with a keyboard I wouldn't be mad hell more memory and better battery is a preety good. I just hope they don't have the mytouch style commericals.

Maybe you guys could add a section for mobile broswer. For instance call broswer wars or browser vs browser. I would to see sectionsfor instanceopera mobile vs opera mini, steel vs skyfire just different broswer info. And talk aboutfeatures and up coming releases.

Why is it that every time they mention it flash never seems to be coming to Andriod? They say it won't eat the battery life and will suppourt. More. Phones than just touchscreens. Sounds like the a soon to be most downloaded beta ever.
