Checked my bill on-line this morning. My bill is usually due on the 3rd. Long story short, I was informed by Retentions that:
In order to be more in line with our competitors, we have shortened all due dates by 4 business days.
My bill was due in the 3rd of each month. Its now due the 27th - 7 days sooner.
Been with you for 10+ years now T-Mobile. I understand you want to get rid of a lot of customers so this sell-out can happen but I'm not going anyplace. I'm gonna call you everyday. Gonna contact my congress persons and tell them what a terrible idea this sell-out is. Gonna write the BBB tell them how terrible your customer service has become.
