Insurance is offered by a third party called ASURION..The only way it can cancelled automatically, is if u have had two claims within a year. now, if you processed a claim, paid a deductible and received a defective device. it is to your best interest to contact ASURION for a replacement..

In order for #932# to function you should have a web plan that is NOT Unlimited and that was created/configured after 11/04/2010.
-Web usage will display for postpaid customers with non-unlimited Web features like Mobile Web Pay per Use.
-Legacy Web features launched prior 11/03/2010 are not eligible to use the Web Usage Massager service because they do not accrue usage in real-time.
