I'm using nexus one on 5.99 Tzones and it's still working beautifully on 3g. Only problem is the reception when I'm indoors. (Switching from edge to 3g and back)

Thanks for the responses and setting my mind at ease lol. I had thoroughly looked through the ToS before purchasing and after getting off the phone with T-Mobile this morning, which was why I was scratching my head after hearing what I was told.

I just tried this and called today to cancel my line. The perplexing part was that the T-mobile rep that canceled my line said Google would charge me full cost of the phone plus the $150 ETF, if I didn't ship the phone back.
