HTC HD7 / HTC HD7 up and down vol botton feels loose

Does anyone notice there vol button loose when i slide my finder up and down these buttons they make noise im still under my 14 day going back to T-mobile to see if i get a new phone  if anyone has this problem post and let us know.

I have had the phone for awhile i went from iphone to Android Nexus ONE and then the Vibrant  and i must say i love my nexus one and vibrant but my friend T1 from TMO told me try the HTC HD7 i saw his and feel in love with the look the feel and how smooth it ran i went out and brought one still trying to adjust to windows 7 but i'm real happy just ordered my oem case would like the see wifi Tethering on the HD7 but maybe i'm asking to much.
