Behold, the Samsung Behold / NO SIM MODE HELP!!!!!

Its reading no sim mode when I put my sim in...bought it from someone. took it to the store...we ruled out it is not the sim.my sim works fine in my sidekick and the store even put in one of their sims and it didnt work. did a master clear. Tried findind the network. No luck. Please help if you can. they wont "send" me another phone since im not the one that purchased it from the store..this stinks if you know or can offer some advice please do!

Did you figure it out...my phone is doing the same thing!
