have you tried using your usb charger to confirm?
i'd contact t-mobile to help troubleshoot

maybe they can help replace it under warranty

1. point the regular browser to http://m.opera.com
2. click for alternative versions
3. download latest version with "Multiple Certifications"

for some odd reason, the default one won't work

I have installed opera mini, mgmaps, & amazegps on my memoir and it says connection error. I have the 19.99 message and data plans. Is there a way to get it to work without buying the 34.99 plan?

go to http://m.opera.com and download click for "Alternative Versions" and download the one with multiple certificates. i'm like 3 weeks in with this phone and JUST figured this out.

Memoir, 8 megapixels of fun / Phone's Dictionary: Removing Added Words

I'm still new to the Memoir and haven't figured out how to remove words I've added..
Ie: when I type 8, 7 for "us" I get "ts" - a word I've added accidentally. Superr annoying.

Any suggestions?

Ran into a recent problem with an error when trying to read the Memory Card using Samsung PC Studio -

The Error Message would read: "Phone Information Open Failure" upon clicking on the Memory Card.

Solution: Format Memory Card using Phone's Settings -> Memory Settings
