I can't find TKfilexplorer thing... when I go and click that link 'cette archive rar' it just downloads this thing called javainstall.rar.... what am i doing wrong?

I am new to the behold and am still figuring it out. How do you get the TkFileExplorer.exe? I cannot find it... help
