Yes, but dont they have the recording? If they have the recording of me accepting the contract they have the recording of the conversation in which it took place, right?

T-Mobile does not follow up on their contractual obligations and no one should put themselves in a verbal contract with them. The promise you one over the phone and completely ignore you when it come time for them to follow up on their end. I suspended my line and don't have a phone. 3 months ago they promise i could upgrade my phone and get a the rebate of a new customer, and i need a new phone the because i old HD2 is broken. They wont honor that, and wish for me to pay $400 for the phone I want when is $200 (http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Galaxy-4G-Android-T-Mobile/dp/B005SY5AF8/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1320267474&sr=1-1) to new customers. Instead of resolving this with me immediately they want me to write a letter, not an e-mail, to their legal department and wait for there response, whilst I wait without a phone. I can not be contacted by phone because... of the obvious. They have threaten to charge me $200 cancellation fee when they are not holding up there side of the agreement. And the insurance want me to pay $150 for an HTC HD7, are they crazy? I have always chosen T-Mobile over the years and even convinced friends and family to switch because of how they are able to resolve issue, but in this case, they dont HONOR they’re verbal agreements and I wont wait passed this weekend to get a phone. It seems they can care less about they’re customer and what they say to them and if I have to go to the EVIL Blue side (AT&T) on Sunday and be with them, if an they dont honor their verbal agreement. All in all, im pissed and very sad I am being treated in this manner by magenta (T-Mobile), dont recommend ANYONE sign up with them because it seems the are mass calling customers and putting them on contracts and not HONORing them.
