Shadowrun for the SNES/Genesis.

Same title, but two different games to play through.  Wish the xbox360 port wasn't so horrible.

I didn't think ppl in Retail Sales could earn that much really. I thought it was 9 or 10 an hour.

Depends on market for the flat rate, but you ALSO make commission.

Generally speaking, you can expect to see anywhere between $12-$15 an hour in a decent market.

In Tampa, the going rate is $9.45/$10.00 an hour plus your commission.  I am unfamiliar with the current pay scale, but when I was an RSM a few years ago, the breakdown was as follows...

You made nothing off selling a phone, but you make portions from what features you add.

$2/$3 for PHP warranty/PHP Bundle (phone warranty, phone insurance)
50% of the first month of data/text for postpaid accounts... so, if you add a $30/m data plan, you make $15.
Flat $5 for a prepaid activation.
Postpaid Activation is %50 of first month bill.

Many many many other variations, and it changed regularly.

It's not even worth the effort arguing with you, as you have a nasty way of bending your words and making up things in your head.

The device will be S-OFF capable soon, fear not.

Actually its impossible in the state of the device to create a permaroot due to the fact that HTC encrypted the bootloader. There were many compliants so at some point the bootloader will be unlocked by OTA so you don't have to do S=OFF.

They are trying their best at this point to do something but it will be an extremely long time before they can get through the encryption. Probably HTC will actually unlock it before they can find a way for permaroot.

It sounds like you're asking if you can file for a replacement 9700 while the previous model is being used on your wifes line.

There are going to be two strikes against you.

First, and foremost, what you're asking for is referred to as fraud by most law enforcement agencies.  If that's acceptable to you, then let's hit problem number two...

You have the IMEI (think of it as a serial number) listed as being used on your account (wifes line), and your sim card was not registered in the new device.  Both will be checked, and both will throw up red flags.

hello, back for another take on tmobile devices! the sensation has arrived. it sounds like a very good device, but without root and cyanogenmod, i'm not so sure it's for me. the mytouch 4G slide is coming in july, and for camera buffs who like a physical kb this could be a great device. i'm am totally hoping the hercules will be the galaxy sII and not a 4.5" device like the infuse, that would make the pixel density terrible, even with super amoled plus. qhd is the way to go on devices 4.3" and above. heck even 4" devices would be great with qhd. the g2x is still pretty attractive if only it can get out of that mud puddle it put itself in to with all the manufacturing and sw issues. so here's hoping for more upcoming tmobile device news soon.

The Sensation has a temp-root option currently.  It's only a matter of time until perma-root is an option.  You can't expect CM to have a build available within a month of release, as it takes time to compile a build and properly test/evaluate it.

Nothing in the direct pipeline from TMobile excites me, but I AM looking forward to the Nokia N9.  Moreso than I have about any other device in a LONG time.

I also wouldn't mind seeing a valid webOS option.

Do you have access to the retail store that you added the internet feature in the first place?

When you are in a better suitable mood, either return to that store and ask to speak to management.  You'll have to paint the picture for the RSM while he/she looks over the account + bill, but any capable RSM will see the issue.  I know that I had a similar situation come into my store, and I was able to correct it within a few days.

If you don't have access to a retail situation that's friendly, call customer care and ask to be transferred to Retention.  They are the 'last ditch effort' for saving a customer.  They should be able to look into the account and see exactly what is going on.

Everyone that touches your account leaves an account trail and if you were promised a full credit, then the person that did the promising should have notated that in the account.  If they did not, it's going to be a he said, she said situation.  Generally, these go in favor of the customer when you make it to retention.

I hope this helps!

No.

Retail experience is favorable, but nothing besides being 18+ is required.

The biggest variation in income for TMobile RSA's is how well the market does.  If you're in a strong market, such as Atlanta or Miami... then you can expect to make more than a slow or sluggish market.

Mergers NEVER lead to job creation.  EVER.

I chuckle every time I see something on the media about how this will improve the economy.

The money is not available to T-Mobile reps anymore. When I was a Rep, I earned 56k my first year, and 39k the second after they restructured the commission pay scale.

I've heard its even worse now.

That's Elop's poor management on display for you...

But that's not a problem, Nokia.com will have it available upon release.  I don't mind importing a phone, either.  That's how I ended up with my N8 and desire HD.

G2x / Re: When is it safe to buy this phone?
« on: July 02, 2011, 06:20:56 pm »
Well a majority of ppl don't root their device. So sure buying the device rooting it and installing a Custom ROM can fix the problems completely. Problems are probably not there for 2.3.3. I noticed overall Froyo seems to have a few problems of its own thats fixed in Gingerbread.

Please, point me towards the post I made that made you assume that I was justifying the purchase of the G2x because you can root it and run aftermarket roms on it?

Please, PLEASE stop with the assumptions.  They are beginning to really annoy me.

Have you compared the differences on the same phone?  Software doesn't sync well with all hardware, and even though you might see differences between gingerbread and froyo, that doesn't mean it translates well between different devices.

I am currently rooted and running on the stock 2.2.2 build.  I have also played around with the leaked 2.3.3 build as well as CM7's 2.3.4.  And even a 2.3.4 AOSP build.

Ha.

Okay, I've tried to be civil, but you're just not getting it.

The phone is HIT or MISS.  MINE is perfect.  No issues, whatsoever.

So, if LG or TMobile were to poll ME, I would say 'sell it.'

You think Toyota stopped selling vehicles because of the faulty brake issue last year?  NO.  They fixed the issue while continuing to move product.  THAT'S BUSINESS.  You stop, you are done.

If the issue were purely software, then people with extreme backlight bleed would be sorely disappointed when the OTA didn't fix that for them.

G2x / Re: When is it safe to buy this phone?
« on: July 02, 2011, 05:03:28 pm »
Well if the issue was software related they don't have to necessarily send them back. They would just hold them and declare out of stock till an update was sent and those phones would process that OTA to fix the issues and be re-sold again.

I do know of a few ppl who got the G2X and have issues with bootlooping for example and one of those ppl is a rep at T-Mobile. Now that doesn't mean that some stores still won't sell them.

Then please stop with the assumption that the phone has been pulled by TMobile... all it's doing is causing people to second guess themselves, Tmobile, and LG when they shouldn't necessarily be doing that.

David said the phone was pulled. It also was out of stock. Doesn't that prove anything.

http://www.tmonews.com/2011/06/why-is-the-g2x-still-out-of-stock/

No.  That doesn't prove ANYTHING.  David posted a screencap of something listing it as out of stock, and then goes on to relate what most would like to know... why?

Please point me to where he stated that the phone had been pulled.

Currently, it sounds like rumorbrewing and fearmongering, with no signs of anyone knowing how or why the phone is listed as out of stock.

I also happen to know of 3 stores in my market that have NOT been asked to send any of their G2x stock back in to warehouse.

The G2x is definitely a hit-or-miss phone.  You either get a great one(or root/rom it into a great phone) or you get a flop.  I'm not saying now is a great time to buy one, or even IF there will be a great time to roll the dice.  What I AM saying is that the people who DO NOT have one, need to please stop the spread of rumors and such regarding them.

The nature of people is that when they get something great, it never comes to the surface... but when something negative happens, it ALWAYS comes to the surface.  For every negative story you hear about the G2x, there are more than likely just as many great stories that you HAVEN'T heard.

Where have u been? Alot of G2x we're reported defective. Theres an article just about everywhere on the pulling.

http://www.tmonews.com/2011/05/t-mobile-posts-g2x-issues-and-resolutions-document-fixes-pending-resolution/

The main issue of the device was bootlooping and connection issues.

How does that article address the phone being pulled from retail channels, might I ask?

It shows a streamline page for resolutions for problems, no plans to pull retail units.

I know about the issues, which is why I said that I DID NOT have any of them... I asked for details on them pulling the phone.  Please follow along.
