I would like to ask how this app impacts the battery life of my device?

i have been screwing with my mom with the gmote app because I installed it on her computer last night... and then I am back at my computer (which happens to be behind hers) and I just watch... and she is freaking out... her music just started randomly playing... then I turned up the volume, then grabbed her mouse... and started moving it around the screen.

She still hasn't caught on... I keep suggesting different things for her to try.

aHome: great theme app for your phone.

chompSMS: gives the old text messages a nice look and includes an on-screen keyboard for texting.

Movie Finder
: i use this all of the time. comes in handy when you're out and about and decide you want to go catch a movie after dinner. i like that i can watch movie trailers with it.

Visual Voicemail by PhoneFusion: it sends annoying text messages when you have a new message. other than that, it's a great voicemail app. i like being able to skip around my voicemail box.

Ringdroid: c'mon, you know you want that Hannah Montana song as your ringtone!

Facebook Sync: Takes the profile photos of your facebook friends and imports it to your phone as their contact pic.
That ringdroid is the best of both worlds :P

Well hardly enough magenta to be considered legal issues, especially since this is not official... however... because the magenta was hard on my eyes... I updated it so magenta is the link hover. I am updating it right now and if you have it set to 'update automatically' it should give you a message telling you to update.

I made this up in a couple hours, there may still be some issues, but if there are... please just tell me. :D

This is for firefox... What you need to do is go to this site and install the stylish plugin (unless you have greasemonkey and do not want to install another plugin, though I really recomend it) .

It gives the TMoNews Forums a more TMobile Look

Locked Posts / Re: Ads
« on: March 27, 2009, 07:36:40 pm »
A few things:
1) My thread was in the right place, :P
2) I fully understand the need to make money, however, there are much better ways and places to place ads. I will re-say my suggestions:
a) Use buy/sell ads where you get classy ads and not junk like on google adsense
b) Use a plugin for SMF that posts an advertisement after the OP, if you really want to have a high impression for advertisements.
c) Bring back premium subscriptions?
d) If none of the above, at least block the sprint advertisement... lol I doubt you will get many clicks off a sprint ad in a forum for T-Mobile users anyway.
3) I don't want you guys to think I am ragging on you, this is a great site, but the new usage of advertisments really cheapens my experiance.

Locked Posts / Ads... Ugh
« on: March 27, 2009, 11:16:57 am »
I don't know if my absence makes my opinion less valuable but I would much rather pay you guys 20 bucks a year or something, then having my viewing experiance clouded with advertisements. If you WERE to do ads I would love to see them in a more classy style, and maybe use http://www.buysellads.com which would have people signup to advertise on your site and their advertisements are typically very classy looking, you would make more money off of it.

I hope these are temporary.
